The brand identity was inspired by the building and its location, One Newman Street is located on the northern side of Oxford Street and is directly opposite Tottenham Court Road station. The building itself is powered by renewable energy only.

It was important that the brand reflected the quality of the architecture and connectivity of the area whilst retaining the appearance of a luxury commercial space.
